These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MyPharmacyServices website and services. By using our website and booking a consultation, you agree to the following:
1. About Us
MyPharmacyServices is a UK-based online clinic offering healthcare consultations provided by registered pharmacists prescribers. We do not dispense or deliver medication directly. Where clinically appropriate, a private prescription may be issued for use at a local pharmacy or via our partner pharmacy.
2. Service Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
- You do not need to be a UK resident, but you must be physically present in the UK at the time of consultation and prescription.
- All consultations are provided remotely through our platform.
3. Medical Consultations
- All consultations are carried out by qualified UK healthcare professionals.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in your medical form.
- A private prescription will only be issued if it is clinically appropriate based on your consultation.
4. Prescriptions and Medication
- We do not dispense or sell medication directly.
- You may choose to fulfil your prescription at any UK pharmacy or via our recommended partner pharmacy (who will charge separately for medication and delivery).
- We do not prescribe controlled drugs, high-risk medicines, or treatments that are unsuitable for remote consultation.
5. Payments & Charges
- Payment is taken at the time of booking via our secure third-party platform (Cliniko).
- The consultation fee covers the clinical review and, if appropriate, the issuance of a private prescription.
- Medication costs are not included and are payable to the dispensing pharmacy.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
- No refunds are provided for missed or late appointments.
7. Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your medical information is only accessible to authorised clinicians for the purpose of delivering care
8. Patient Responsibility Agreement
- You confirm the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You understand this service does not replace face-to-face GP care in all circumstances.
- You agree to follow medical advice and seek emergency care when advised.
9. Regulation
Services are provided by UK-registered independent prescriber pharmacists, regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
MyPharmacyServices follows GPhC and CQC clinical governance standards and safeguarding protocols to ensure safe, effective, and professional care.

11. Emergency Care
Our service is not suitable for medical emergencies. If you believe your condition is urgent or life-threatening, you must call 999 or attend the nearest A&E.

While we take every care to provide safe and professional services, MyPharmacyServices and its clinicians are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this service, except where required by law.
13. Website Use
All information on this website is provided for general guidance only and should not replace professional medical advice. Consultations are required before any treatment or prescription can be issued.
