1. Care Quality Commission (CQC)
MyPharmacyServices is currently in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. We are committed to meeting the CQC’s standards for safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness, and leadership.
Our CQC registration is underway, and once approved, our status will be available to verify on the CQC website.
2. Clinical Governance
- All consultations are overseen by a UK-registered pharmacist or clinician.
- We follow strict prescribing protocols and patient safety checks.
- Clinical audits and reviews are performed regularly to maintain high care standards.
- Consultations are documented securely and retained for compliance and review.
3. Safeguarding Policy
