After a quick video/phone consultation, our pharmacist prescriber can issue a private e-prescription, to collect from a local UK pharmacy.

🔐 To keep you safe, please provide one of:

  • A photo of your medicine box/label with your name & dose

  • Medical or medication records showing ongoing use

  • Your prescription from abroad (photo is fine)

What you get

  • ✔ Up to 30 days’ supply (where safe and appropriate)

  • ✔ No controlled or high-risk medicines prescribed online

  • ✔ Clear advice on obtaining POMs for you and your family in the UK

  • ✔ If not suitable, we’ll advise next steps and signpost the right service

We currently accept bookings by email.
Because online bookings require 24 hours’ notice, urgent repeat prescription requests are usually handled faster if you contact us by email — in most cases we can arrange this the same day (by 9 pm).

What does it cost?
Our consultation and private prescription fee for one item is £25. Any additional items on the same private prescription are charged at £5 each.
Consultations are straightforward and should not take more than 15minutes.
(This fee does not include the cost of medicine, which you will pay directly to the pharmacy when collecting your prescription.)

You will always know the cost before your prescription is issued — there are no hidden fees.
