We offer online healthcare consultations with UK-registered independent prescriber pharmacists. After assessment, private prescriptions are issued when clinically appropriate. We do not dispense or post medication — you can take your prescription to a local pharmacy or choose delivery from our partner pharmacy.

No login or account creation is required. All forms and bookings are submitted directly and securely.

Yes. If our clinician finds it clinically appropriate, a private prescription will be issued, which you can use at your local pharmacy or through a partner pharmacy for delivery.

Our prescribing is limited to the services we provide. This means we can only prescribe medicines that are:

  • Part of our clinical services (e.g. weight management, repeat prescriptions, pharmacist consultations)
  • Safe and appropriate for online prescribing
  • Already part of your existing treatment (we do not usually start new long-term medicines that you have never taken before through your GP or specialist)

We do not prescribe controlled drugs (such as strong painkillers, sedatives, or sleeping tablets) or high-risk medicines that are unsafe to issue online.

Prescriptions are usually issued on the same day after your consultation. You can then collect from a local pharmacy or arrange delivery via our partner pharmacy.

Consultation fees are processed securely through our partner platform (Cliniko). If you book online, payment is taken at the time of booking. If you book by email, we will send you a Cliniko payment link before your consultation.

Yes. MyPharmacyServices is operated by a UK-registered Independent Prescriber pharmacist (regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council, GPhC).
As the service is delivered solely by pharmacist prescribers, registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) is not required under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

Although CQC registration is not required, we voluntarily follow robust clinical governance, safety, and data protection standards in line with CQC requirements to ensure the highest quality of care.
